These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. About Us

Vanguard Innovations SAL is the official and exclusive reseller of M-TAC products in Lebanon.

We operate independently from the M-TAC brand and handle all sales, shipping, support, and returns locally.

We are not the manufacturer, and any warranties or product representations made by M-TAC apply only to the extent that they are compatible with local resale operations.

2. Products & Availability

All products displayed on our website are offered subject to availability. While we do our best to keep inventory accurate, we reserve the right to cancel or delay any order if the item is out of stock or discontinued.

Product images, specifications, and descriptions are for informational purposes only and may differ slightly due to batch variations or manufacturing updates.

3. Orders & Payment

To place an order, you must:

• Provide accurate billing and shipping information

• Be 18 years or older or have consent from a parent or legal guardian

• Use one of the following payment methods: OMT, Whish, credit/debit card, or cash on delivery (COD)

Once an order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders throughout Lebanon using trusted logistics partners such as Wakilni. Delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout. Delays caused by external factors (weather, customs, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days

of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused and in original packaging

• You provide proof of purchase• The return is approved by our support team

To start a return, contact us at info@vanguardinnovations.me. Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless the item is defective or sent in error.

6. Warranty

All M-TAC products are tested for durability and performance. As resellers, we do not offer direct manufacturer warranties, but we do assist customers with product concerns and will review each case individually.

If you receive a defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.

7. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in USD or LBP depending on your selection and include applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. 

Promotions or discount codes are subject to terms and may not be combined.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, product names, images, and materials related to M-TAC are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Vanguard Innovations uses these assets strictly under its role as a licensed reseller.

You may not reproduce or use any part of the site’s content without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanguard Innovations shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages• Delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control

• Product misuse or modifications made after purchase

Your use of the products is at your own risk.

10. User Accounts

You may create an account to save order history or checkout faster. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising shall be settled in the courts of Beirut.
