The M-Tac Delta Level 2 is a thermal pullover shirt for cold weather. Made in the image and likeness of the second layer ECWCS - Extended Cold Weather Clothing System Generation (ECWCS). The model has warming and moisture-wicking properties and is designed for use in harsh climates. Delta Level 2 provide effective insulation and simply combine with other layers.
